  1. From anywhere on the website, click on the ticket icon  on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Make sure you're on the page that relates to your query or issue, this information gets added to your ticket. This is especially useful for supporting documents with issues.
  3. Fill in the form by entering a descriptive subject and a detailed description of your query or problem. The more information you provide, the quicker we can help you out!
  4. Click on the "SUBMIT TICKET" button and that's it! You'll get a notification that your ticket has been sent.
