How-to View All Tickets Opened by All Users from My Company

To view all tickets opened by all users from your company, you need to do a couple of things 

 

  1. You need to activate your customer account on our 3rd party ticketing system Happy Fox 

 

  • Follow the link to view a ticket found in any email you have received following opening a ticket  

  • Click to reset your password  

  • Reset your password following the steps in the email received by Happy Fox  

  • Use these credentials to then log in 

 

  1. Contact us with the details of the users you wish to see tickets created by, and request we create a Happy Fox contact group for you 

 

We will need you to make us aware of who is allowed to view all tickets created by all users in your contact group, if not stated all users in the group will be able to see all tickets created by all users in your contact group 

 

Note – There may be a case where some/all of the users you request to be added are yet to create a ticket thus making you unable to see any tickets from these users 

 

We will then contact you to let you know when we have your contact group created for you 

Then all you need to do is log in to Happy Fox and you will be able to see all tickets that have been created by the users you requested to be included in your contact group!
