When accessing the Statement Reconciliation List page, you will find several columns that provide essential information about the statements.

From the Dashboard, click on the Statement Reconciliation folder.

 Here's what each column represents:

Supplier: This column displays the name of the supplier for whom the statement is generated, along with their unique supplier code.

Received At: The "Received At" column indicates the date when the statement was received and entered into your account.

Document Date: This column shows the date that was captured as the statement date when creating the template for the statement.

Reconciled At: If the statement has been reconciled, the "Reconciled At" column displays the date and timestamp when the reconciliation process was completed.

Last Viewed: The "Last Viewed" column provides the date and timestamp of the most recent viewing of the statement, regardless of the user who accessed it.

To initiate the reconciliation process for a specific statement, simply click on the black page link located on the right-hand side of the document. This will allow you to view the statement and proceed with the necessary reconciliation actions.
