This alert occurs when you have the 'Use Custom Routing Rules For Approval' setting turned on for a supplier and no custom routing field is captured on the template.
To resolve this alert, you need to edit the template and capture the custom routing field.
Instructions to capture the custom routing field:
- Click the document icon to the right of the document to open it.
- Click the Edit Template icon at the top of the page and select Edit Current Template.
- From the Right Hand Side menu select Invoice or Credit Note Top
- Select Custom Routing Field from the options on the right of the page.
- Capture your custom routing field on the document.
- Finish your template.
