Alerts - "Value is required"

  • Solution: Enter the missing value that has been marked as Required in the template.
  • How-to:
    1. From the Alerts page, click the document icon  to the right hand side of the alert.
    2. Check which value is missing. This will be one of the selections marked as ‘Required’ for that document type’s template.

Note: You can check this in Company Settings > Advanced Template Settings > Click edit on the document type > Check which values have the required box ticked.

    1. Manually enter the missing value and click 'save' at the top of the page as a once-off fix.
    2. For a more permanent solution, fix the missing selection on the template.
