- Solution: Enter the missing value that has been marked as Required in the template.
- How-to:
- From the Alerts page, click the document icon to the right hand side of the alert.
- Check which value is missing. This will be one of the selections marked as ‘Required’ for that document type’s template.
Note: You can check this in Company Settings > Advanced Template Settings > Click edit on the document type > Check which values have the required box ticked.

- Manually enter the missing value and click 'save' at the top of the page as a once-off fix.
- For a more permanent solution, fix the missing selection on the template.
