How-to Manually Add a Tax Code to Your Account (Non-API/FTP/SFTP Integrations Only)

 1. Click the cog  on the top right of the page and select ‘Company Settings’ from the list.

 

 

  1. Select ‘Tax Codes’ from the menu on the left of the page.

 

 

  1. Click ‘Add New Tax Code’ on the right side of the page, under your list of tax codes.

 

  1. Fill in the details as outlined below;

  • Rate% = What percentage is this tax code at 
  • Code* = The code for this tax code 
  • Description = What is the description of this tax code 

*Note – The code field is case sensitive. Please type the code exactly as it appears in your accounts package, or your uploaded documents may fail to import.

 

  1. Click ‘ADD TAX CODE’.
