You can customise the data fields in your purchase orders to include header notes, footer notes, billing address, shipping address, and phone information. This article will guide you through the settings available to personalize these data fields according to your specific requirements.

Company Settings > Purchase Order Creation Settings > Purchase Order Data Fields:

Header Note:

If you need a header note to appear on every purchase requisition or order, simply fill in the desired data in the provided box. Then, turn on the switch labelled "Use Header Note" to activate this feature.

Footer Note:

Similarly, if you require a footer note on every purchase requisition or order, enter the desired data in the designated box. Turn on the switch labelled "Use Footer Note" to enable this functionality.

Default Billing Address:

If you want to use a default billing address for all purchase requisitions and orders, turn on the switch labelled "Use Default" under the "Billing Address" section.

To select your default billing address, click on the "Select Billing Address" option and choose the appropriate address from the available options. Please note that a billing address is required and cannot be disabled.

Shipping Address:

By default, the shipping address option is turned off. If you wish to include the shipping address field on your purchase requisitions and orders, turn on the "Enable" switch under the "Shipping Address" section.

Phone Field:

Similarly, the phone field option is also turned off by default. To include the phone field on your purchase requisitions and orders, turn on the "Enable" switch under the "Phone" section.
