Select the ‘Drag & Drop’ tile from your dashboard.

Find the file you want to send to your account.

Select the file, and drag & drop it into the ‘Drag Files Here’ box at the top of the page.

Click ‘SEND FOR PROCESSING’

You will be asked ‘Do you wish split every page into a single document?’
If your document contains only multiple single-page documents, choose ‘SPLIT’.
If it may contain multiple single-page and multi-page documents, choose ‘DON’T SPLIT’
If the document matches a template and all required fields have been extracted correctly it will go to your ‘Approval’ tile.
If we are unable to verify a required field the document will be sent to the ‘Alerts’ tile for manual correction.
If there is no template to match your document to it will go to your ‘New Documents’ tile, where you can create a template for it.
Note: The average time for a document to process after you have sent it into your account is 10 minutes. This time may vary due to high demand or, large and complex files.
File Type Requirements:
- The maximum import size we accept is 9MB.
- The accepted file types are PDF, and JPEG.
- Most files can easily be converted to PDF with the Microsoft PDF printer. MAC users can also use the Preview app to do this.
