Accessing Assigned Documents Using Task Status Report

The Task Status Report in the Reports section provides users with a structured way to access documents assigned to them and others, including invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders



 

Accessing the Task Status Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports Section:

    • From the Main Dashboard Page, locate and click on the Reports section.

  2. Open the Task Status Report:

    • In the Reports section, click on 'VIEW' under Task Status Report to access document assignments.

  3. Explore the Available Tabs:

    • Within the Task Status Report, you will find three distinct tabs:

      • Invoice and Credit Note

      • Purchase Order

      • Review Document

      • You can filter documents by Employee by selecting the  relevant person from the 'Choose Employee' Dropdown.

      • Individual documents can be transferred to different people for approval and review from here also.


Invoice and Credit Note Tab

  • This section allows users with admin rights to:

    • Filter documents by user to see who is assigned to which invoices and credit notes.

    • Forward documents to the appropriate personnel as needed.


Purchase Order Tab

  • This section displays Purchase Orders (POs) assigned to the user.

  • Users can quickly review which POs require their attention and take necessary actions.


Review Document Tab

  • In this tab, users can review assigned documents before taking further actions.

  • It provides a consolidated view of all documents requiring attention, making it easier to manage approvals and processing.
