The Task Status Report in the Reports section provides users with a structured way to access documents assigned to them and others, including invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
Accessing the Task Status Report

Navigate to the Reports Section:

From the Main Dashboard Page, locate and click on the Reports section.

Open the Task Status Report:

In the Reports section, click on 'VIEW' under Task Status Report to access document assignments.

Explore the Available Tabs:

Within the Task Status Report, you will find three distinct tabs:

Invoice and Credit Note

Purchase Order
-
Review Document

You can filter documents by Employee by selecting the relevant person from the 'Choose Employee' Dropdown.

Individual documents can be transferred to different people for approval and review from here also.

Invoice and Credit Note Tab

This section allows users with admin rights to:

Filter documents by user to see who is assigned to which invoices and credit notes.

Forward documents to the appropriate personnel as needed.

Purchase Order Tab

This section displays Purchase Orders (POs) assigned to the user.

Users can quickly review which POs require their attention and take necessary actions.
Review Document Tab

In this tab, users can review assigned documents before taking further actions.

It provides a consolidated view of all documents requiring attention, making it easier to manage approvals and processing.
