Accessing the Email Tab
The Email Tab in the Processing section of SmartOffice allows users to review all outgoing emails from the system. This is useful for troubleshooting email delivery issues and verifying email content.
How to Access the Email Tab:

Click on the cog icon in the upper right corner of SmartOffice.

Select Processing from the dropdown menu.

Click on the Email Tab to open the list of outgoing emails.
Features of the Email Tab
In this tab, users can view all their sent emails, including:

Purchase Orders
-
Employee Invitations
-
Password Reset Requests
-
Other System-Generated Emails
Viewing Email Content
To see the details of an email:

Locate the email in the list.

Click on the small page icon on the right side of the email entry.

A window will open displaying all the email information, including the recipient, subject, and message body.
This feature is particularly useful if:

An expected email was not received.
-
You need to verify the details of a sent email.
