Template overview in Smartoffice

Overview

The Template Tab in SmartOffice provides a full overview of all your templates for each supplier. Here, you can see what types of templates were created for your suppliers. Templates are divided into categories, depending on the document type. Different templates are colour coded as well, and usually presented like this: 

  • Credit Note Templates (Orange)

  • Statement Templates (Green)

  • Invoice Templates (Blue)
     

Features

  1. View All Supplier Templates

    • The Template Tab displays a structured overview of all templates associated with each supplier.

  2. Access Supplier Rules

    • Each template tile includes a direct link to view and manage supplier rules, making it easier to configure settings as needed.

  3. Track Processed Documents

    • The tab also provides insights into the number of processed documents for each template

  4. Edit Templates

    • Clicking on the Edit button allows you to:

      • View active templates

      • Delete templates that are no longer needed

Deleting Templates

  • If a template is no longer required, you can remove it directly from the Edit section.

  • Be sure to review templates before deletion.

  • Caution! Deleting Templates may move documents back into New Documents.

The Template Tab in SmartOffice is a powerful tool for managing and organizing supplier templates. With easy access to supplier rules, processed document statistics, and the ability to edit or delete templates, you have full control over your document management workflow.
