This feature allows you to attach a backup document to different document types on your account. Follow the steps below to switch it on. You will need to be an admin user type to do this.

Click the cog on the top right of the page and select ‘Company Settings’ from the list.

From the list on the left of the page, select ‘Package & Addons’.

Switch on the option for ‘Backup Documents’.
This will now show you the option to attach a backup document when on different document types in your account. It will also replace your confirm delivery dashboard tile with a GRN matching tile.
If you use the confirm delivery option on your account, there is one more option you will need to also switch on. Follow the steps below to switch this option on.

Click the cog on the top right of the page and select ‘Company Settings’ from the list.

From the list on the left of the page, select ‘Global Settings’ > ‘General’.

Switch on the option for ‘Disable GRN Matching with Backup Documents’.
