If you have any groups of documents in new documents that have a 100% green bar but they are not moving on, follow the below steps. 

1. Open up any of the groups of documents at 100% green and select the black page link on any of the documents in that group to open it. 

2. This will bring you into the template that was created on this document. Click to finish the template at the top of the page without making any changes to the template. 

The above steps will reprocess all documents in new documents so, if the documents do not move out of new documents after you follow the above steps, please open a ticket and a member of our support team will help you.
