How-to View Purchase Order Matching in Company Settings

The Purchase Order Matching section in your Company Settings allows you to view the list of all Purchase Orders and GRNs on your account.  

 

If you are using an external Purchase Order module (EG. You create Purchase Orders within your accounts package) this is also where you can import your Purchase Orders and GRNs. Depending on your accounts package you will either import them in .CSV format or, you will click to sync them into your account. 

 

To get to this page, follow the below steps. 

 

  1. Click the settings cog on the top-right of the page and from the list select ‘Company Settings’. 

 

 

  1. From the list on the left-hand side of the page select ‘Purchase Order Matching’. 

 

 

  1. Next, if you are importing a .CSV file, click ‘IMPORT PO NUMBERS’. If you are syncing them, you will see ‘SYNC PO NUMBERS’. 

  1. If importing a .CSV file, you will be asked to select your file.  

       When your file has been selected, unless this is the first time you are importing a file, your mappings will automatically map for you, and you will just need to click to import the file at the bottom of the pop-up window. 

       If this is the first time you are importing a .CSV file, please reach out to your Onboarder to assist you with this. 

       If you are syncing your file, you don’t need to do anything further. 

 

 

Note – Importing/Syncing new Purchase Orders will delete ALL unmatched Purchase Orders and GRNs from your account.
