I Have Suppliers Set Up with Confirm Delivery but I Have No Confirm Delivery Tile on My Dashboard

If you are seeing a GRN Matching tile where you should be seeing the Confirm Delivery tile on your Dashboard, this means that you have backup documents enabled on your account and the setting to disable GRN matching when using Backup documents has not been switched on.  

After following the below steps to enable this setting on your account, you will need to get all users for your account to logout, and back into your account.  

This is because, the Company Settings are stored in the web browser. They need to logout fully and then back into your account to sync the updated Company Settings to their web browser. 

 

  1. Click the settings cog on the top-right of the page and select Company Settings from the list 

 

 

  1. From the list on the left-hand side of the page, select Global Settings, and then select General from the sub-list 

 

 

  1. Enable the setting ‘Disable GRN Matching with Backup Documents’ 

 

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘SAVE CHANGES’ 

 

 

  1. Get all users to logout and back into your account to sync the updated Company Settings to their web browser 

 

Note – After following the above steps, if anyone reports they are still seeing the GRN Matching tile make sure they try logging out and back into your account as this is more than likely the issue
