My Document Is Awaiting Review but Nothing Happens When I Click the Eye Icon

If you are having trouble when trying to review your document, there are a couple of things you can check 

 

  1. Check if you are down as a last reviewer on your account.  

       You must review the document last regardless of your access level. 

       If the document is awaiting review from any admin user and you are an admin user, but you are also a last reviewer, another admin user must review the document before you do.  

 

  1. Check if the document has been placed on hold by another user.  

       If the document is on hold, you will have to wait until the hold has been removed from the document by the user who placed it on hold. Once the hold has been removed, you will be able to review the document.
