Please find below information on what to expect and the benefits of the new queues. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we are migrating all companies to our new scalable queueing system.
Benefits:
The new queueing system brings several significant benefits to enhance your experience with our platform. It has improved capabilities for extracting data from complex documents and addresses known issues with certain documents requiring manual reprocessing. Additionally, the new system is designed to scale effortlessly as demand increases. This scalability currently applies to documents ingested via the Upload tile.
What to Expect:
During the migration process, there will be a temporary interruption in accessing your company's documents. This is necessary as we re-process New Documents and Templates to match the viewing ratio of the new queueing system. This measure is required to minimize the impact on end users and reduce the need for manual re-templating.
Please note that while the majority of templates will be seamlessly migrated, there may be a small number of documents that appear in the "New Documents" tile that require re-templating. Our team will closely monitor this and provide assistance as needed.
Preparation:
You can help with the migration by reducing the number of documents in the Approval and Upload tiles prior to the migration
Impact on Email Ingestion:
We understand the importance of email ingestion and are actively working on implementing the new queueing system for email processing. However, until all companies are migrated to the new queues, you may experience slight delays in emails arriving within the system. This will be resolved as soon as all companies have been migrated.
