Understand the Purpose: The PO Number Search in the Search & Reporting page is specifically designed to find invoices and credit notes that are associated with a particular PO number. It is not intended to retrieve the actual purchase orders created in your account.
Use the Correct Search Feature: To locate your purchase orders, navigate to the Purchase Orders tile on your dashboard. This dedicated search feature is designed specifically for finding purchase orders created in the application.
Access the Purchase Orders List Page: Upon clicking the Purchase Orders tile on your dashboard, you will be directed to the Purchase Orders List page. This page displays all the purchase orders you have created, allowing you to easily search and manage them.
