Quick Approval: Streamlining Document Approval Process

The quick approval feature offers two convenient methods to expedite the approval of documents. Both approaches are explained below:

 

Approve All Documents from a Supplier: With a single click, you can approve all documents associated with a specific supplier. Simply select the checkbox symbol next to the group of documents you wish to approve, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Individual Document Approval: If you prefer to review documents before approving them, you can still utilize the quick approval feature without needing to open each document separately. Expand the group of documents you want to review, and then click the checkbox symbol next to the specific document you wish to approve, as shown in the screenshot below.

If you don't see the quick approval option in your approval folder, ensure that the following settings are disabled:

Forced Comments: This setting, accessible in Company Settings > Document Settings, requires users to provide a name or comment confirming their identity during the approval process. This requirement only applies when approving documents from the main approval screen.

Approvers Must View Documents to Approve: Located in Company Settings > Approval Settings, this setting mandates that users must view documents on the main approval screen before granting approval.

By ensuring these settings are turned off, you can make use of the quick approval feature to streamline and expedite the document approval process.
