The output files generated in your batch process are accompanied by various column headers that provide important information. You can view your output files in Settings > Output Files or https://www.smartofficeap.com/uploadedFiles

Here's a breakdown of each column and its meaning:

Status: This column indicates the current status of your batch generation process. The following icons represent different statuses:

  • - Completed: This icon signifies that the batch generation process has been successfully completed.
  • - In-progress: This icon indicates that the batch generation is still in progress.
  • - Error: This icon represents an error or issue encountered during the batch generation process.

Batch#: This column displays a system-generated batch number that increments automatically for each batch.

Package: This column denotes the name of your accounts package.

Generated: This column shows the date and time when the batch was generated.

Duration: This column indicates the duration it took for the system to generate the batch.

Result: This column displays the result of the batch generation, which can be either a success, an in-progress status, or an error message.

Documents Matched: This column indicates the number of documents included in the batch.

Documents W/ Issues: This column displays the number of documents that encountered issues during the batch generation process. These documents are not included in the batch and remain in your account for resolution. Clicking the number in this column will take you to the 'Integration Issues' tab in your Alerts folder, where you can address the specific issues.

Downloaded: Depending on your accounts package, this column either indicates the number of times the batch has been downloaded or specifies whether it has been downloaded/uploaded to your accounts package using 'Yes' or 'No'.

Action: Depending on your accounts package, this column provides a button to either download the file associated with the batch or upload it to your accounts package.
