Introduction:
When preparing your budget CSV file for import, it's important to understand the meaning of each column header. This guide provides a clear explanation of the column headers and their significance.
Budget CSV Column Headers:
- NC (Nominal Code):
Enter the Nominal Code associated with the specific budget. You can include multiple Nominal Codes as needed.
- CC (Cost Centre):
Include the Cost Centre code that corresponds to the Nominal Code entered in the preceding cell.
- Dept (Department):
Enter the Department code that relates to the Nominal Code and Cost Centre code entered in the two cells to the left.
- Project:
This field is optional and is used for display purposes only. You can specify the name of a project that is relevant to this budget.
- Budget Holder:
Provide the email address of the user responsible for approving the Purchase Requisitions/Orders associated with this budget. The email address must belong to an active user in your account.
- Annual:
Enter the total amount assigned to this budget for the entire year.
- Month 1 > 11:
The budget value will be distributed equally across 12 months. Enter the corresponding value for each month from Month 1 to Month 11. There is no Month 12, as the remaining budget value from the previous 11 months is automatically allocated to this month.
