What Can I Do If I Have Manually Posted a Document to My Accounts Package?
If you have manually posted a document to your accounts package and you don’t want to delete it from your account, you can use our ‘Manual Upload’ option
This will manually mark your document with the status ‘Uploaded’
This means that you can keep the document on your account and manually post it to your accounts package
How-to Mark A Document as Manually Posted to My Accounts Package
- In the upload folder, open the document you wish to mark as manually posted to your accounts package by clicking the black page link to the right of the document
- Click the ‘Manual’ icon at the top of the page
- You will be asked to confirm you wish to mark this document as manually uploaded, click ‘Yes’
How-to Unmark a Document as Manually Posted to My Accounts Package
- Find your document in Search & Reporting and open it by clicking the black page link to the right of the document
- Click the ‘Undo Manual Upload’ icon at the top of the page
- You will be asked to confirm you wish to unmark this document as manually uploaded, click ‘Yes’
What Can I Do If My Document Has a Zero Value & My Accounts Package Does Not Accept Zero Valued Documents?
If you have a zero valued document and your accounts package does not accept zero valued documents, you can mark these documents as manually uploaded in the upload folder using the steps from the above section ‘How-to Mark A Document as Manually Posted to My Accounts Package’
