How-to Deactivate a Tax Code

Click the cog
on the top right of the page and select ‘Company Settings’ from the list.

Select ‘Tax Codes’ from the menu on the left of the page.

Search for the tax code you want using the Code or Description fields.

To deactivate your tax code, untick the Active Check box.
*Note: Only administrators can deactivate a tax code
