If you have uploaded documents using the upload wizard and have noticed that some documents are still in the upload folder and were not included in the output file, there are a few things you can check.
Check the Upload Wizard Date field
You should check the "Only upload documents dated before" filter.
You can find this in Dashboard > Upload > Upload Wizard icon
Compare the date in the filter to the date on the documents that did not upload. This filter will only upload documents that are dated prior to the date populated in the filter.
If any of the documents that remained in the upload folder are dated the same date or dated after the date in the filter, they will not be included in your output file when you click "Upload Now". If this is the case and you want to upload these documents, you will need to clear or update the date in the filter before clicking "Upload Now".
Check the Suppliers Process Type
If your Global Supplier Process Type is set to "Both – Nominal Ledgers & PO Numbers", check that there is a process type selected on this supplier in their Supplier Rules.
If there is no process type selected on a supplier and their document(s) are in your upload folder, they will not get uploaded when you click "Upload Now".
A tell-tale sign that this is the case is if your upload folder is split into two sides (NL & PO sides), and if this supplier is a PO supplier, their document(s) will be showing on the NL side.
To fix this, go to Company Settings > Suppliers and search for this supplier. Open their rules and select the correct process type. Once this has been done, go back to the upload folder and click "Upload Now" in your upload wizard.
Documents have been placed on hold
Check if the documents have been placed on hold. If there are documents in your upload folder that are on hold, they will not be included in your upload.
You will need to get the user who placed these documents on hold to remove the hold from them before they can be uploaded.
