I am Getting an Error For ‘Identify Selection(s) Not Defined’ When Finishing My Template.

Introduction:

If you receive the error Identify Selection(s) Not Defined while creating a template it is liekly due to a browser caching issue. When you draw the identify selections on a document when creating a template, these images get temporarily stored on your browser’s cache. This is not a system-related problem but rather a cache-related issue. Follow the steps below to resolve it easily.

 

1. Refresh your browser (Look for the Refresh icon in your browser or press the following keys at the same time CTRL+SHIFT+R).

2. Check the identify selections are still selected, if not draw them again

3. Click to finish the template
