The Employee Report provides a comprehensive overview of all actions performed by active users in your account. This guide outlines the steps to view and generate this report, enabling you to track user activities effectively.
Step-by-Step Guide to View the Employee Report:
- Access the Dashboard:
Log in to your account and navigate to the Dashboard.
- Open the Reports Section:
Locate the 'Reports' tile on the Dashboard and click on it to access the Reports section.
- Select the 'Employee Report':
Within the Reports section, locate and click on 'VIEW' for the 'Employee Report'.
- Choose User and Date Range:
In the Employee Report view, select a user from the drop-down menu for whom you want to generate the report. Then, choose a specific date range to narrow down the report's scope.
- Generate the Report:
Click on 'Generate Report' to generate the report based on the selected user and date range.
- Review the Report Results:
The generated report will provide a list of results based on your search criteria. Each result will include details such as the document associated with the action, the specific action taken, and the date and timestamp of the action.
- Download the Report:
To retain the report for future reference or analysis, you can download the results as a CSV file. Click on the cloud icon displayed below the report results to initiate the download.
